Delivery Charges:
- Orders below ₹750: a flat delivery charge of ₹90 applies.
- Orders of ₹750 and above: FREE delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days across India.
Shipping Partners: We ship through trusted logistics partners, Shiprocket and DTDC, and share tracking details for every dispatched order.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Dispatch: Orders placed on business days are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, subject to stock availability and address serviceability. Some remote locations may take slightly longer, and prescription medicines may require a valid prescription before dispatch.
